Predmet nabave su aktivni mrežni uređaji koji omogućavaju povezivanje klijentske opreme u jedinstvenu MVEP računalnu mrežu. Uz mrežne uređaje, isporučitelj je dužan napraviti plan migracije tj. zamjenu postojećih uređaja novima bez gubitka funkcionalnosti. Dodatno, zbog povećanja sigurnosti i kontrole, isporučitelj mora naručitelju isporučiti unaprjeđeni sustav administracije i autentifikacije u svrhu administracije mrežnih uređaja te povećane razine sigurnosti u svrhu detekcije protupravnog spajanja opreme na mrežne uređaje.
