Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je nabava informatičke opreme (računala, prijenosna računala i monitori) putem operativnog leasinga sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj dokumentaciji o nabavi. Ponuditelj je obvezan Naručitelju ponuditi isključivo tehnološki novu i nekorištenu opremu. Ponuditelj je dužan uz ponudu dostaviti posebnu specifikaciju plana otplate leasinga po mjesecima (otplatni plan). Detaljan opis predmeta nabave definiran je u PRILOGU 2. Specifikacija opreme i Troškovniku – PRILOG 3. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. UVJETI POD KOJIMA SE TRAŽI PREDMET NABAVE Tehnički uvjeti i jamstva koje mora zadovoljiti oprema specificirani su u PRILOGU 2. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Vrsta operativnog leasinga: Operativni leasing s ostatkom vrijednosti, bez jamčevine Ostatak vrijednosti određuje ponuditelj u postotku od ukupno ponuđene nabavne vrijednosti, bez PDV-a, za predmet nabave prema tehničkoj specifikaciji predmeta nabave u PRILOGU 2. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Rok na koji se traži operativni leasing: 60 mjeseci. Isključuje se primjena općih uvjeta poslovanja ponuditelja. Ponuditelji su obvezni u Troškovniku – PRILOG 3. navesti nabavne cijene opreme bez PDV-a i bez umanjenja za ostatak vrijednosti. Ponuđena nabavna cijena, bez PDV-a, umanjena za ostatak vrijednosti čini osnovicu za formiranje cijene operativnog leasinga. Za vrijeme trajanja leasinga, korisnici snose troškove vezane uz rizike od propasti ili oštećenja opreme tek nakon potpisivanja zapisnika o primopredaji. Naručitelj će opremu primljenu u leasing osigurati po riziku loma s proširenim jamstvom (all risk) za cijelo vrijeme trajanja leasinga.
