Predmet ovog otvorenog postupka javne nabave je usluga održavanja, administracije, podrške, nadzora, ažuriranja i operativnog upravljanja sigurnosnim sustavima, te produljenje podrške Proizvođača za sustave Naručitelja navedene u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Usluga mora obuhvatiti cjelovitu podršku za funkcionalan i siguran rad svih sustava, uključujući korektivne, preventivne i savjetodavne aktivnosti, kao i aktivnosti instalacije, migracije i rekonfiguracije kada su potrebne za održavanje pune operativnosti sustava. Usluga se posebno odnosi na sljedeće funkcionalne cjeline: • preventivno održavanje i redovita sigurnosna ažuriranja • korektivno održavanje i otklanjanje incidenata • administraciju sigurnosnih platformi i povezanih komponenti • podršku korisnicima i tehničkim timovima Naručitelja • nadzor, izvještavanje i sigurnosne preporuke • instalaciju, zamjenu, migraciju i optimizaciju konfiguracija • suradnju s proizvođačima, partnerima i trećim stranama kad je to potrebno za rješavanje incidenta ili održavanje jamstva Sigurnosni sustavi koji su predmet ove nabave čine skup međusobno povezanih platformi i uređaja za procjenu i sukladnost, upravljanje kontinuitetom poslovanja, sigurnosni operativni centar, zaštitu elektroničke pošte, zaštitu krajnjih točaka, multifaktorsku autentifikaciju, dekripciju web prometa, upravljanje privilegiranim računima. Opseg SOC okruženja obuhvaća najmanje 12.000 Windows radnih stanica, 500 poslužitelja i retenciju zapisa od 6 mjeseci, dok sustav zaštite e-pošte podržava najmanje 11.000 korisnika.
