Okvirni sporazum između Naručitelja i jednog gospodarskog subjekta za usluge osiguranja na razdoblje od dvije godine. Predmet nabave su usluge osiguranja Naručitelja - KD Vodovod i kanalizacija d.o.o. (središnjica i sve podružnice) za razdoblje od dvije godine.

Lots Lot 1 — Okvirni sporazum između Naručitelja i jednog gospodarskog subjekta za usluge osiguranja na razdoblje od dvije godine (estimated 627900): Usluge osiguranja obuhvatiti će sljedeće: A - osiguranje imovine - All risk B - osiguranje od odgovornosti C - osiguranje osoba od posljedica nesretnog slučaja D - osiguranje od odgovornosti vozača iz upravljanja motornim vozilom E - kasko osiguranje motornih vozila Opseg usluga po pojedinim vrstama specificiran je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji i Ponudbenom troškovniku. Rizici koji se osiguravaju kao i osigurane svote, pojedinačno su utvrđeni za svaki predmet osiguranja. Opseg pokrića uključuje odštetne zahtjeve i pravo na naknadu štete suosnivaču te drugim pravnim osobama suosnivača. U svrhu kvalitetne pripreme postupka javne nabave usluga osiguranja naručitelj je angažirao posrednika u osiguranju - brokera. Angažman brokera ima savjetodavnu i stručnu ulogu te ne utječe na načela tržišnog natjecanja, jednakog tretmana gospodarskih subjekata i transparentnosti postupka javne nabave. Konačne odluke u vezi sa sadržajem Dokumentacije o nabavi, uvjetima nabave i provedbom postupka donosi isključivo Naručitelj.
