IZGRADNJA NOVOG OBJEKTA DOMA ZDRAVLJA ZAGREB - ZAPAD -AMBULANTA ŠPANSKO CPV oznaka i naziv: 45215140-0 Predmet javne nabave je izvođenje radova na izgradnji Doma zdravlja Zagreb zapad – Ambulanta Špansko, na lokaciji k.č.br. 5363/3 k.o. Donje Vrapče, u Zagrebu. Planirana je izgradnja samostojeće građevine javne i društvene – zdravstvene namjene, projektirane kao suvremeni zdravstveni objekt kompaktne forme s jednom podzemnom i tri nadzemne etaže (Po+Pr+2). Ukupna građevinska bruto površina građevine iznosi približno 5.830 m², od čega se oko 1.150 m² odnosi na podzemni, a oko 4.680 m² na nadzemni dio građevine. Građevina je oblikovana kao pravokutni volumen s centralnim atrijem i organizacijom prostora koja omogućava funkcionalno odvajanje javnih, komunikacijskih i medicinskih sadržaja. U prizemlju su predviđeni glavni ulazi i javni sadržaji, dok su na višim etažama smještene ordinacije, čekaonice i prateći zdravstveni sadržaji. Projektom je predviđeno povezivanje objekta s okolnim pješačkim koridorima i parkovnim površinama kroz natkrivene trijemove i uređene pristupe. Opseg radova obuhvaća izvođenje svih građevinsko-obrtničkih i instalaterskih radova potrebnih za potpuno dovršenje i stavljanje građevine u funkciju, uključujući izvedbu armiranobetonske konstrukcije, arhitektonsko-obrtničkih radova, termotehničkih instalacija, sustava grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije, vodovoda i odvodnje, sprinkler instalacije, elektroinstalacija jake i slabe struje, sustava dojave požara, sustava vertikalnog transporta, fotonaponske elektrane te izvedbu vanjskog uređenja, prometnih i parkirališnih površina i javne rasvjete. Građevina će biti priključena na postojeću komunalnu infrastrukturu, uz obvezu izvođenja svih potrebnih priključaka i usklađenja s uvjetima nadležnih javnopravnih tijela. Projekt se izvodi sukladno glavnom projektu iz ožujka 2025. godine, izdanoj građevinskoj dozvoli te svim važećim zakonima, pravilnicima i tehničkim propisima iz područja gradnje, zaštite od požara, zaštite na radu, energetske učinkovitosti i pristupačnosti osobama smanjene pokretljivosti. Projektnu dokumentaciju za izgradnju predmetne građevine izradio je Bodrožić, Rališ i prijatelji d.o.o., Ulica grada Chicaga, Zagreb, a glavni projektant je Ivan Rališ, dipl. ing. arh.
