Predmet nabave je opremanje školske sportske dvorane OŠ Vladimir Nazor. Nabava uključuje nabavu, dobavu i postavljanje/montažu opreme i namještaja do potpune funkcionalnosti sukladno troškovniku s tehničkom specifikacijom i prijedlogu ugovora koji se nalaze u privitku i čine sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Troškovnik je priložen kao zaseban dokument u nestandardiziranom obliku te je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj ne smije mijenjati opise predmeta nabave navedene u troškovniku kao niti dopisivati stupce niti na bilo koji način mijenjati sadržaj Troškovnika. Ponuđeni radovi moraju u cijelosti zadovoljiti sve tražene uvjete iz opisa predmeta nabave te iz detaljne specifikacije navedene u troškovniku. Ponuditelj je dužan za sve stavke iz troškovnika dati jedinične cijene. Jedinične cijene navedene u troškovnicima bit će fiksne tijekom izvršavanja ugovora. Za stavke namještaja: ormar za rekvizite, garderobne klupe, radni stol s pokretnim ladičarom, ormar s punim vratima i metalni garderobni ormarići dopušteno je odstupanje od navedenih dimenzija do najviše ± 5 %. Dopušteno odstupanje odnosi se isključivo na dimenzije navedenih stavki. Dopušteno odstupanje dimenzija od ± 5 % ne odnosi se na ostalu sportsku opremu i rekvizite za koje su dimenzije, tehničke karakteristike i/ili primjenjive norme posebno određene Troškovnikom, niti na druge zahtjeve izražene brojem komada, brojem polica, brojem vješalica, mogućnošću zaključavanja ili drugim funkcionalnim zahtjevima Jedinične cijene svake stavke Troškovnika i ukupna cijena moraju biti zaokružene na dvije decimale i izražene u EURIMA. Napomena: Predmet nabave sufinancira se iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021. – 2026., u okviru projekta „Dogradnja građevine školske sportske dvorane uz Osnovnu školu „Vladimir Nazor“ u Slavonskom Brodu“, broj projekta NPOO.C3.1.R1-I2.01-V2.0018.
