Predmet ovog postupka nabave je nabava opskrbe električnom energijom krajnjeg kupca za OMMove u kategoriji poduzetništvo, prema uvjetima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi te prema reguliranim uvjetima na tržištu električne energije u Republici Hrvatskoj - Zakona o tržištu električne energije (NN 111/21, 83/23, 17/25, 114/26 ), Pravilnik o općim uvjetima za korištenje mreže i opskrbu električnom energijom (NN 100/22, 134/24 i 19/25.), Zakona o energiji (120/12, 14/14, 95/15, 102/15, 68/18.), Pravilima organiziranja tržišta električne energije (NN 107/19 i 36/20), te ostalih propisa koji reguliraju tržište električne energije u RH, a u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u Dokumentaciji o nabavi.
