Predmet nabave su usluge upravljanja projektom i pravne podrške u provedbi projekta „Poboljšanje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture aglomeracije Vodice-Tribunj-Srima 2“. Usluge koje su predmet ovog Ugovora se mogu sažeti u dvije osnovne grupe aktivnosti: 1. Usluge pravne podrške i savjetovanja Naručitelja tijekom pripreme i provedbe Projekta detaljnije opisane u projektnom zadatku. 2. Usluge upravljanja projektom detaljnije opisane u projektnom zadatku. Usluge pravne podrške i savjetovanja te upravljanja projektom u sklopu predmetnog ugovora obuhvaća usluge savjetovanja i podrške Naručitelju u provedbi slijedećih aktivnosti Projekta: 1. Ugovor 1: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Crvene knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 65.384.156,00 EUR bez PDV-a 2. Ugovor 2: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Žute knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 11.750.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a 3. Ugovor 3: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - usluge nadzora za dogradnju kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže i dogradnju uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda, ugovor o uslugama procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 2.204.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a. 4. Ugovor 4: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - usluge osiguranja promidžbe i vidljivosti projekta, ugovor o uslugama procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 100.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a. 5. Ugovor 5: Nabava opreme za modernizaciju vodozahvata Jaruga, ugovor o nabavi robe procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 3.750.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a.
