Predmet ove nabave su građevinski radovi; Grupa 2. Područni ured, Hrvatska Kostajnica – Dvor, Hrvatskog zavoda za socijalni rad, koji se izvode u sklopu projekta PK.6.2.04.0002 "Nova perspektiva Hrvatskog zavoda za socijalni rad: Izgradnja i rekonstrukcija za snažniju podršku zajednici", sukladno troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji specifičnoj za ovu lokaciju. Detaljna specifikacija predmeta nabave za navedenu grupu nalazi se u projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji te troškovniku koji su objavljeni u sklopu ovog postupka nabave. Smatrat će se da je gospodarski subjekt prije podnošenja ponude u svemu proučio ovu Dokumentaciju o nabavi i njezine priloge, da je došao do svih potrebnih podataka koji utječu na izvođenje radova na lokaciji PU Hrvatska Kostajnica – Dvor, te da je na osnovu svega toga podnio svoju ponudu. Naručitelj navodi kako je postupak nabave za navedeni predmet nabave, odnosno predmetnu grupu predmeta nabave, ranije rezultirao Odlukom o poništenju stoga se provodi ponovljeni postupak nabave za navedenu grupu.
