Details

Predmet nabave je usluga upravljanja Projektom Zagreb (Razvoj vodno - komunalne infrastrukture aglomeracije Zagreb) koji se sufinancira iz EU fondova. Usluga upravljanja projektom u okviru ovog ugovora provodi se sukladno Zakonu o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15 s izmjenama i dopunama), Zakonu o gradnji (NN 155/25), važećim propisima koji se odnose na predmet ovog postupka javne nabave, pravilnicima i hrvatskim normama, pravilima struke, projektnoj dokumentaciji, posebnim zahtjevima Naručitelja po ugovorima o izvođenju radova te Projektnom zadatku. Usluga uključuje i aktivnosti (FIDIC) Inženjera (za Aktivnosti 1 - 6), evaluaciju ponuda za ostale postupke nabave u sklopu Projekta Zagreb te aktivnosti upravljanja BIM okruženjem i izrada BIM modela postojećeg stanja (za Aktivnosti 5 i 6). Usluga upravljanja projektom provodi se u potpunoj sukladnosti s relevantnim zakonodavstvom RH i EU. Prema odredbama Zakona o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15 s izmjenama i dopunama) projekt zbog svoje investicijske vrijednosti ulazi u obavezu imenovanja Voditelja projekta od strane Naručitelja. Ugovor za usluge upravljanje projektom projekta obuhvaća sljedeće aktivnosti: 1) AKTIVNOST 1 - UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM USPOSTAVE NULTE ZONE VODOOPSKRBNOG SUSTAVA GRADA ZAGREBA 2) AKTIVNOST 2 - UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM REKONSTRUKCIJE I DOGRADNJA SUSTAVA VODOOPSKRBE I ODVODNJE GRUPA A – ŠIRENJE MREŽE ODVODNJE NA PODRUČJU RESNIKA, SESVETSKE SOPNICE I POPOVCA, SPOJ SESVETA NA CUPOVZ 3) AKTIVNOST 3 - UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM REKONSTRUKCIJE I DOGRADNJA SUSTAVA VODOOPSKRBE I ODVODNJE GRUPA B– REKONSTRUKCIJA I DOGRADNJA SUSTAVA VODOOPSKRBE I ODVODNJE NA PODRUČJU SESVETA 4) AKTIVNOST 4 - UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM REKONSTRUKCIJE I DOGRADNJA SUSTAVA VODOOPSKRBE I ODVODNJE GRUPA C – IZGRADNJA SUSTAVA ODVODNJE DONJEG STUPNIKA I AGLOMERACIJE GLAVNIČICA I NADOGRADNJA I REKONSTRUKCIJA SUSTAVA VODOOPSKRBE NA PODRUČJU SESVETA 5) AKTIVNOST 5 - UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM DOGRADNJE CENTRALNOG UREĐAJA ZA PROČIŠĆAVANJE OTPADNIH VODA GRADA ZAGREBA NA 3.
