USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate (FDNS) requires evidence-based interview training tailored to the USCIS investigative and adjudicative environment. The training shall provide FDNS personnel with practical strategies for conducting corroboration-based interviews, developing interview plans, managing information, building cooperation, assessing credibility, and using evidence appropriately during interviews. Period of Performance: September 11, 2026 to September 10, 2026 (Anticipated).

Place of performance: The training shall be delivered in person at a USCIS-designated training location. The final location shall be coordinated after award between USCIS and contractor personnel.
