A continuación, se presenta el objetivo de la consultoría:
Realizar, con la participación directa del CdST, la evaluación interna de medio término del PTDP Honduras 2024-2027, generando un balance basado en evidencia de los resultados alcanzados en las cuatro prioridades estratégicas y una valoración ad-hoc de las capacidades e interés actual de los mandantes para sostener el seguimiento del Programa, utilizando el propio ejercicio como mecanismo de reactivación del CdST.
