La consultoría acompañará el fortalecimiento del diálogo social territorial en las cadenas de banano y palma del Departamento del Magdalena, mediante asistencia técnica a la Subcomisión Departamental de Concertación de Políticas Salariales y Laborales (SDCPSL) de Magdalena. Este acompañamiento tendrá como punto de partida un taller inicial, en el que se acordará una hoja de ruta preliminar que orientará la asistencia técnica posterior. Para ello, facilitará espacios de diálogo tripartito para identificar prioridades comunes, promoverá la vinculación de actores estratégicos y de la oferta institucional relevante, y propondrá acciones de articulación con iniciativas presentes en el territorio. El proceso incorporará de manera transversal los principios de diálogo social de la OIT y el enfoque de empresas sostenibles. También tendrá en cuenta las políticas regionales y sectoriales que influyen en la productividad, la competitividad, el empleo y las condiciones de trabajo en ambos sectores.
