Estimado licitante:
La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo. A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: El consultor deberá recopilar, sistematizar y analizar información institucional, normativa y estadística sobre salarios mínimo y trabajadores vulnerables en países seleccionados de America Latina, así como procesar microdatos de encuestas de hogares, empleo o fuerza de trabajo para la construcción de los indicadores requeridos. Para ello, deberá contar con un excelente dominio de programación en softwares estadísticos como R, desarrollar y documentar programas que permitan reproducir los resultados y construir bases de datos organizadas y consistentes. Asimismo, deberá revisar la calidad y comparabilidad de la información, identificar posibles problemas de armonización entre países y fuentes, y revisar bibliografía y documentación técnica relevante. Finalmente, deberá analizar e interpretar los resultados y elaborar tabulados, gráficos e insumos técnicos que contribuyan a la preparación de los productos e informes previstos en la consultoría.
