Estimado licitante:
La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como colaborador externo. A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: Un mapeo de actores en el sector bananero costarricense, mediante un diagnóstico normativo y de campo, conforme a los Convenios 87 y 98 de la OIT. Para ello, se analizará la legislación nacional y las normas internacionales del trabajo, identificando las formas de representación laboral vigentes y los desafíos en las relaciones laborales. Asimismo, formular recomendaciones estratégicas de incidencia para los actores laborales vinculados a las instancias y espacios en los que se enmarca el salario vital en la Región Caribe.
