L’edifici nou de l’Ajuntament disposa d’un sistema de climatització de tipus VRV, configurat amb dues unitats exteriors independents per a cada planta de l’edifici. A la quarta planta s’ha detectat una fuita als intercanviadors de calor de les dues unitats exteriors instal·lades. Atesa l’antiguitat dels equips i després de l’avaluació tècnica corresponent, s’ha conclòs que la substitució de les unitats afectades per equips nous constitueix la solució tècnicament i econòmicament més viable. Motiu pel qual es proposa el present contracte.
