Details
Es tracta d’un edifici aïllat, format per planta baixa, primera, sota-coberta i fumeralet. Per la façana del carrer Entecada hi ha un accés a la planta baixa (zona de l’Ajuntament) i un altre per la façana posterior que s’accedeix a les plantes superiors a traves d’una escala. Aquest edifici està reformat, ja que es va realitzar una actuació en la planta sota-coberta i fumeralet. En aquesta actuació per tal de mantenir l’estil de l’edificació típic de la zona es van mantenir les façanes i es van refer tots els forjats. L’objectiu és la reforma parcial del nucli de comunicacions vertical per a la instal·lació d’un ascensor per a un edifici de pública concurrència. Per a la instal·lació de l’ascensor en l’emplaçament previst, no suposarà cap modificació a la superfície útil de l’edifici existent, ja que es realitza per l’exterior. L’accés a l’ascensor es produirà des del vestíbul d’accés de la façana oest en planta baixa.
