Descripció de l’objecte: L’objecte d’aquest projecte és la definició de les obres de reurbanització consistents en la renovació de la pavimentació i serveis dels carrers que conformen l’àmbit de projecte definit a l’apartat 2 d’aquesta memòria. Aquestes obres són: - Demolició i/o desviament de totes les unitats preexistents no adequades a les noves determinacions. - Esplanació, moviment de terres i formació de rases per serveis. - Pavimentació del vial així com totes aquelles unitats complementàries. - Xarxa de clavegueram, amb les xarxes provisionals per mantenir el funcionament durant les obres. - Xarxa d’aigua potable, amb les xarxes provisionals per mantenir el funcionament durant les obres. - Soterrament de la xarxa d’enllumenat, mantenint els punts de llum existents. La distribució de la nova vialitat pretén assolir un vial practicable de plataforma única d’ús mixt (vianants i vehicles), i crear una zona exclusiva de vianants a partir del carrer Dr. Gener núm. 2, amb control d’accés de vehicles amb pilona automàtica només per veïns i autoritzats. Les actuacions previstes en aquest projecte també van encaminades a crear un refugi climàtic amb arbustives i arbres que creïn zones d’ombra.
