L’objecte del contracte consisteix en la prestació dels Serveis Socials d’Intervenció en l’Àmbit del Sensellarisme a la ciutat de Barcelona que gestiona la Direcció de Serveis d’Atenció al Sensellarisme de l’Institut Municipal de Serveis Socials (d’ara endavant l’IMSS), per tal de donar resposta a les situacions d’exclusió social i residencial severa a la ciutat.

Lot 1: La detecció, l'apropament, la vinculació i la intervenció social i educativa amb persones que es troben en situació de sensellarisme i que fan vida a l'espai públic de la ciutat. (budget excl. VAT EUR 5,534,651.85) Lot 2: La detecció i l'atenció socioeducativa especialitzada adreçada a infants, adolescents i joves migrats sols (fins als 25 anys) que es troben en situació de carrer, alta vulnerabilitat o exclusió social a la ciutat. (budget excl. VAT EUR 1,878,474.51)
