L’objecte del contracte és l’execució de les obres contingudes en el modificat no substancial del Projecte de millora de la climatització i de les obertures del sector dels dipòsits de l’Arxiu Comarcal del Pla de l’Estany, redactat per l’arquitecte comarcal, Eduard Fusté Bosch, en data del mes de juliol del 2026, aprovat pel Consell Comarcal del Pla de l’Estany per Decret de Presidència núm. 2026PRES000689 del 14 de juliol de 2026. El Projecte de millora de la climatització i de les obertures del sector dels dipòsits de l’Arxiu Comarcal del Pla de l’Estany fou aprovat definitivament pel Consell Comarcal del Pla de l’Estany per Decret de Presidència núm. 2024PRES000804 del 23 de setembre de 2024 (DOGC núm. 9259, de 02/10/2024). Són objecte del contracte totes les actuacions incloses en l'esmentat projecte, que a títol enunciatiu no exhaustiu consta de les següents actuacions: - Instal·lació d'una màquina climatitzadora a la coberta i instal·lació de climatització de la zona dels dipòsits. - Instal·lació de porticons interiors d'alumini lacat a les obertures dels dipòsits i làmina de protecció solar als vidres. - Reparació de la canal de la coberta del claustre amb instal·lació de quatre baixants exteriors i gàrgoles de zenc. - Desmuntatge del porxo amb estructura lleugera i coberta de fibrociment, amb contingut d'amiant, del pati posterior. - Reparació del mur exterior de mamposteria del pati posterior.. - Instal·lació d'una línia de vida a la coberta del claustre
