L’objecte del present contracte és el de solucionar els problemes de climatització i de condicionament i renovació d’aire de la Residència Sant Bernabé per adaptar-la a la normativa vigent que li és d’aplicació i millorar l’eficiència energètica de l’equipament. També es pretén dotar al centre d’un sistema de generació elèctrica independitzat de la xarxa a través d’una instal·lació solar fotovoltaica d’autoconsum i d’un generador (Grup electrogen) per afrontar casos d’emergència per falta de subministrament de la xarxa. La reforma consisteix en una actuació parcial sobre les instal·lacions tèrmiques i energètiques existents de la residència de gent gran, amb la finalitat de millorar-ne la funcionalitat, l’eficiència energètica i l’adequació a la normativa vigent.
