Substitució de les fusteries exteriors existents per noves fusteries d’alumini amb trencament de pont tèrmic, vidres dobles de baixes emissions i persianes motoritzades; aixi com la renovació i posada al dia de la instal·lació solar tèrmica destinada a donar suport a la producció d’aigua calenta sanitària i al sistema de calefacció de la residència.
