integració i posada en marxa d’una solució integral de comunicacions telefòniques i IP per a la XAL. Aquesta solució ha de permetre la substitució total de la infraestructura actual de comunicacions telefònica, basat encara en xDSI, per un sistema híbrid basat en maquinari de codificació d’alta densitat i gestió de línies. L’actual sistema de comunicacions telefòniques de la XAL ha assolit el final de la seva vida útil, presentant una obsolescència tecnològica que impossibilita la implementació de protocols de veu sobre IP (VoIP) sota l’estàndard SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). La modernització d’aquest sistema és, per tant, una urgència operativa per garantir la integració de senyals telefònics amb qualitat broadcast.
