L’objecte del contracte és el subministrament continuat d’equipament de protecció individual per al personal del Centre Ocupacional i Especial de Treball Tramuntana dependent del Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà. Aquests articles han de satisfer les necessitats i complir amb els requisits mínims, i que el seu rendiment sigui l’adequat per als tipus de treball requerits. L’adjudicatari del contracte s’obliga a lliurar, de forma successiva i prèvia ordre de comanda emesa pel Centre Tramuntana, els articles d’equipament de protecció individual que es detallen en el “Annex 1: Material a subministrar” del Plec de Clàusules Administratives Particulars i pels preus unitaris contemplats en el contracte que a l’efecte se subscrigui. La quantitat de cadascun dels articles serà depenent de les necessitats del personal del Centre Tramuntana durant la vigència del contracte.
