L’objecte del contracte és la prestació del Servei de Prevenció Aliè (SPA) per a Informació i Comunicació de Barcelona, S.A., S.P.M. (ICB), amb l’abast següent: • les disciplines preventives de seguretat en el treball; • higiene industrial; • ergonomia; • psicosociologia aplicada; • i la coordinació d’activitats empresarials (CAE). La contractació resulta necessària per garantir el compliment de les obligacions d’ICB en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals, d’acord amb el que disposen la Llei 31/1995, de 8 de novembre, de prevenció de riscos laborals, i el Reial decret 39/1997, de 17 de gener, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament dels serveis de prevenció.
