L’objecte del present contracte és la creació de dues àrees lúdiques per a gossos dins del terme municipal de Salou, amb la finalitat de disposar d’espais específics condicionats i segurs per a l’esbarjo, l’exercici i la socialització dels animals de companyia. Aquestes àrees s’ubicaran al costat del Barranc de Barenys, amb accés des del carrer Carles Roig, i al tram final del Camí Vell de la Torre, adjacent al Vial de Cavet. La definició de les característiques tècniques, constructives i funcionals de les obres es recullen a la Memòria valorada i prescripcions tècniques (E2551) redactada pels tècnics municipals de projectes urbans, aprovada definitivament per Decret núm. 3740/2026, de 17 de juliol, del regidor delegat de Control de Concessions i Contractes.
