The renewal will improve network reliability, reduce the risk of failures and outages, and provide a more resilient water supply for the community. Renfrew Street Stormwater Main Extension: The Renfrew Street Stormwater Main Extension project involves the installation of approximately 187 m of new DN300 stormwater main along Renfrew Street, from the John Street intersection to approximately 20 Renfrew Street, to improve drainage capacity and reduce flooding risk. Owaka Sewer Network Renewal Project: Renewal of an existing wastewater pipeline within the Owaka Sports Grounds and along Cargill Street, including installation of a new sewer main, manholes, and reconnection of existing sewer services to improve network reliability and address known defects.
