Bakgrunn
Oppdragsgiver har behov for å videreføre en velfungerende løsning for håndtering av porselen og keramikk mottatt på gjenvinningsstasjonene. Dagens avtale utløper 31.12.2026, og det er derfor behov for å anskaffe en ny avtale som sikrer kontinuitet i tjenesten.
Fraksjonen omfatter blant annet toaletter, servanter, tallerkener, drikkeglass, dusjdører og fliser etc. For oppdragsgiver er det viktig at løsningen bidrar til stabil og forutsigbar drift ved gjenvinningsstasjonene, og at avfallet håndteres på en måte som legger til rette for sporbar behandling og dokumentert materialgjenvinning.
Estimert årlig mengde: 500 tonn.
Beskrivelse av oppdraget
Anskaffelsen gjelder en komplett løsning for containerhold, transport og behandling/materialgjenvinning av porselen og keramikk fra oppdragsgivers gjenvinningsstasjoner.
Leveransen skal omfatte nødvendig utplassering og oppfølging av containere, henting og transport ved behov samt mottak og behandling av innsamlet fraksjon. Løsningen skal være dimensjonert for et moderat og jevnt volum på tvers av gjenvinningsstasjonene.
Det legges til grunn at leverandøren kan sikre regelmessig og behovsstyrt tømming for å unngå driftsavbrudd ved fulle containere. Videre skal løsningen understøtte separat håndtering av porselen og keramikk, samt gi grunnlag for sporbarhet og dokumentasjon knyttet til videre behandling og materialgjenvinning.
