a) Licença, alvará ou documento equivalente válido que habilite a empresa ao exercício de actividades compatíveis com o objecto da presente Manifestação de Interesse; b) Certificado de registo comercial ou documento equivalente comprovativo da constituição e existência jurídica da empresa; c) Certidão de quitação de Segurança Social, e Finanças ou documento equivalente; d) Declaração ou certidão comprovativa da inexistência de processo de insolvência, falência, liquidação, recuperação judicial. e) O concorrente deverá demonstrar capacidade económica e financeira compatível com a natureza e dimensão dos serviços, mediante apresentação da documentação contabilística e financeira dos últimos 3 (três) exercícios económicos, incluindo balanços, demonstrações de resultados e demais documentos legalmente exigíveis. ________________________________________________________________________ a) A valid licence, permit or equivalent document authorising the firm to carry out activities compatible with the subject matter of this Expression of Interest; b) A commercial registration certificate or equivalent document evidencing the firm's incorporation and legal existence; c) Social Security and Tax Clearance Certificates, or equivalent documents; d) A declaration or certificate confirming that the firm is not subject to insolvency, bankruptcy, liquidation or judicial recovery proceedings; e) The Applicant shall demonstrate adequate economic and financial capacity commensurate with the nature and scale of the services by submitting accounting and financial documentation for the last three (3) financial years, including balance sheets, income statements and any other documents legally required.
