Consultant - Freelance Design Services (roster)

The Design team at WIPO is situated in the Digital Engagement Service. The team is responsible for the visual identity of the Organization and the delivery of high-quality services supporting WIPO communications. The team comprises an established network of freelance designers on framework agreements, led by two in-house designers.

Freelance designers are asked to respond to a broad range of requests for digital and print designs, adhering closely to WIPO’s brand and respecting tight turnaround times. Jobs are managed centrally by the Design Portfolio Manager, with online processes linked to a digital asset management system.

To meet the high volume of demand for design services, we are looking to hire additional freelance graphic designers with broad experience and skills.

Each Contractor will be engaged through a Framework Agreement for the provision of services as and when needed by WIPO, with no guaranteed volume of work. Assignments will be issued as needed, subject to the availability of funds and business needs. Work will be performed remotely. WIPO does not guarantee that any minimum quantity of services will be ordered during the term of a Framework Agreement.
