Eligibility: 1. Business Registration- Valid Bhutanese Trade License and/or Certificate of Incorporation as an ICT firm or Consultancy. 2. Tax Compliance- Valid Tax Payer Number (TPN) and proof of tax compliance for the last 3 years. 3. Operational History- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing ICT Networking, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity services/training. 4. Technical Expertise- Lead Trainer: Must possess professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+, or equivalents). Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level networks or providing cybersecurity consultancy. Local Context: Prior experience working with RGoB ICT infrastructure (GovNet/DITT standards) is highly desirable. 5. Financial Viability- Bank statements or audited accounts demonstrating financial stability for past 2 years. 6. Legal Status- Not under liquidation, bankruptcy, or suspension by any RGoB authority. Must be a registered Bhutanese ICT firm or a certified local independent consultant with a valid license. Signed Integrity Pact as per DPP standard form.
