Cher soumissionnaire, Le Bureau international du Travail (BIT) recherche une personne pour effectuer un travail en qualité de collaborateur extérieur. Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé des tâches à accomplir: 1. Examiner le mémorandum technique et les observations des mandants mauritaniens. 2. Engager toute consultations nécessaires avec les mandants avant la rédaction d’un projet de Code du travail révisé, avec l’assistance d’un consultant national. 3. Rédiger un projet de Code du travail révisé, intégrant les résultats de l’analyse et des observations tripartites écrites.
4. Engager des consultations avec les mandants sur le projet de Code
5. Intégrer les modifications nécessaires, en consultation avec le BIT
6. Présenter le projet aux mandants et notamment à la Direction générale du Travail.
