Le Bureau international du Travail (BIT) recherche une personne pour effectuer un travail en qualité de collaborateur extérieur.
Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé des tâches à accomplir : 1. Préparer les sessions de l’atelier national selon le programme partagé par le BIT. 2. Co-présenter au cours de l’atelier national les exigences de la MLC, 2006 et les commentaires de la CEACR formulés sur l’application de la convention par l’Algérie et co-animer les discussions. 3. En vue de permettre une meilleure conformité du cadre juridique algérien avec la MLC, 2006, rédiger les projets de textes, qu’ils soient législatifs ou réglementaires, ou les projets d’amendements aux textes existants, ou revoir les projets rédigés par les autorités nationales, selon qu’il convient.
4. Engager des consultations nécessaires avec les mandants sur ces projets
