KENNEDY WATER TREATMENT PLANT, CITY OF MISSISSAUGA The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available.This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. The Agency is conducting a joint procurement with the City of Mississauga. The following Bidders have been prequalified for this project in accordance with prequalification document PRC004718 issued by the City of Mississauga: Cambium Site Contracting Inc.. Mopal Construction Limited Gateman-Milloy Inc. Gerd Hermanns Landscape Contractor Inc. Lomco Limited Land Eleven Construction Inc. Hawkins Contracting Services Limited Rutherford Contracting Ltd. The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms listed above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not prequalified through Document PRC004718, as outlined above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award.
