The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of 4 number of Wet Markets in Misau, Azare, Ningi and Bauchi LGAs Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Bauchi State Coordination Office (SCO) Bauchi and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

2 The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office, Bauchi State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity: Construction of 4 number of Wet Markets at Misau, Azare, Ningi and Bauchi LGAs; the work period is for (6) months. The margin of Preference shall not be allowed.
