Conference facility and accommodation

UNFPA Sri Lanka is looking for the follwoing services from hoteliers:

● Conference Facility: Required for 50 pax per day for 2 days residential training from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on 17 and 18 of August 2026

● Morning and evening tea / coffee with 2 or 3 snacks given and Lunch required from the hotel (note day one the morning refreshment to be arranged at 8:30am) ● Accommodation - for triple and double room half board accommodation for 15 participants (the number and the gender segregation of the participants are subject to change and will confirm closer to the date) ● Additionally, please be aware that since approximately 10 participants are coming from out of western province, they may arrive the day before the workshop (16 August 2026), we may need to arrange accommodation accordingly. (We will confirm the number of participants closer to the date)

● Other requirements from the hotel, including; 2 Flip charts boards and with 4 flip chart papers Notepads and pencil Warm Water bottles/water jar Projector & screen Uninterrupted WiFi connection in the room for internet access and playing YouTube videos. Sound System
