1. The MunicipalCity Council of Port Louisis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Cleaning of Sanitary Public Conveniences in Municipal Sites. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCCPL/IFB/2026/493 3. Bids shall be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 29 September 2026 up to 11.00 hours(Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 29 September 2026 as from 13.01 hrs till Thursday 01 October 2026 up to 11.00 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online Thursday 01 October 2026 as from 11.01 hours up to 16.00 hours(Local Time) at The Municipal City Council of Port Louis, 2nd floor, City Hall, Jules Koenig Street, Port Louis 6. The Municipal City Council of Port Louis reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
