Details

Het doel van deze openbare aanbesteding van Opdrachtgever is het gunnen van de Raamovereenkomst aan de Inschrijvers die een Inschrijving zullen doen en voldoen aan het Programma van Eisen. Het inschrijven kan plaatsvinden tijdens de gehele contractperiode. Middels de berichtenmodule van Mercell kan een beoogde Inschrijver zich inschrijven.

De UT wil middels deze Inkoopprocedure Raamovereenkomsten afsluiten met meerdere Inschrijvers, waar de volgende doelstellingen aan ten grondslag liggen: -           Het blijvend voldoen aan de vigerende Arbo-, milieu-, veiligheid wet- en regelgeving en eventuele aanvullende (interne) veiligheidseisen van de UT; -           Gecentraliseerd contractmanagement-en beheer op basis van kwalitatieve heldere rapportages en afspraken; -           Het uniformeren van de voorwaarden; -           Het automatiseren en optimaliseren van het logistieke en bestelproces; -           Het verminderen van de administratieve lasten; -           Correcte registratie van bestelde gevaarlijke stoffen.
