Objetivo: Diseñar, estructurar, implementar y poner en funcionamiento un asistente virtual automatizado (chatbot) de salud financiera, con el fin de optimizar, agilizar y fortalecer la atención de consultas realizadas por personas en situación de movilidad humana en México.
