Who Cannot Apply? The following applicants are not eligible: - Commercial businesses - State-run organisations - Schools - Unauspiced individuals Applicants should ensure that they meet the organisational and auspicing requirements before submitting an application. One Grant Allocation Per Applicant Only one grant allocation per applicant is permitted during each financial year. An exception applies where an eligible organisation is auspicing an individual applicant.
