1. The Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transpo rt (MoIT), Royal Government of Bhutan (hereinafter called “Recipient”) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia Phase 2 - Bhutan Project. Part of the project is be ing implemented by the Druk Green Power Corporation Limited (the “Client”). The Client intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Carrying out Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests for Chamkharchhu II Hydropower P roject (HPP), Zhemgang Dzongkhag and Chamkharchhu IV HPP, Bumthang Dzongkhag. 2. The Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for carrying out Exploratory Core
Drilling and Associated Tests as under:
