Call for Proposals: Supporting Young People for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship (Macedonia)

The EU-funded project “EU Civil Resilience Mechanism Phase II: Support for Civil Society and Grassroots Organisations” has announced a Call for Proposals titled “Supporting Young People for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship in the Kočani Region.” This initiative aims to empower young individuals in the Kočani region by enhancing their digital, AI, and entrepreneurial skills. Funded by the European Union under the IPA III Civil Society Facility and Media Programme for North Macedonia 2024–2025, this call offers in-kind support to eligible civil society organizations. The deadline for applications is 16 November 2026, at 17:00 (local time). This call for proposals is designed to support young people in the Kočani region by enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities. It aims to build digital, AI, and business skills for youth, enabling them to find employment or create their own start-ups. The initiative relies on local civil society organizations to effectively reach and engage with young people who may be overlooked by formal education and employment systems. Each selected action will receive between EUR 10,000 and EUR 15,000 in in-kind support. What are the priority areas for this call?
