Details
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks to identify a qualified implementing partner to support the OSCE activities on renewable energy education, industry training and capacity building in Central Asia, while strengthening gender-responsive pathways and women’s participation in the energy sector. The project duration is tentatively from September 2026 to September 2027 .
This Call is open to renewable energy associations, universities and academic institutions, research and training institutions, and non-profit organizations and the applicants are encouraged to submit proposals covering both Workstream 1 (WS1) and Workstream 2 (WS2).
However, applicants may also submit proposals addressing only one Workstream if they consider that their expertise and experience are relevant to that Workstream. Proposals covering only one Workstream will be evaluated and considered on their own merits.
In the interest of ensuring coherent project implementation and efficient contract management, the OSCE may give preference to proposals covering the full scope of the project, provided that such proposals represent the best overall value and solution for the OSCE.
The OSCE reserves the right to award one or two Implementing Partner Agreements, as appropriate.
