The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite you for the Call for Proposal to facilitate quality apprenticeships for NEET youth and industrial attachments for TVET trainers in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
To enable you to prepare and submit your Technical and Financial proposals, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.
The ILO must receive your Technical and Financial proposals no later than the deadline specified (10 August 2026 @ 17:30 EAT ) through [contact details removed]
You may submit your proposals to the ILO provided that your organisation is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the services specified in the ToR.
Participation in this Call for Proposal for the Implementing Partners indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts
