The evaluator will assess project performance, measure results against planned outcomes in policy reform, social protection, domestic work formalization, and care cooperative development, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include examining strategic achievements, extracting actionable lessons learned, and providing practical recommendations to guide future policy development, sustainability, and programmatic scale-up in the care sector.
