Details

Dear Bidder,

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Under the ILO/MEF MSME Formalization Project, implemented through the Centre d'Appui aux Entreprises (CAE)) in the Grand North Department of Haiti, the consultant will follow up with MSMEs already identified within the cacao and manioc/cassava value chains and complete the identification of MSMEs operating within the pistaches/noix de cajou (cashew nuts) value chain.. The consultant will develop, in consultation with ILO and MEF representatives, the criteria to be used for the selection of MSMEs, as well as the follow-up tools, and submit them for validation. The consultant will contact the MSMEs already identified to confirm their interest in participating in the project, verify and complete the information collected where necessary, and update and consolidate the existing MSME database.. Based on the validated criteria, the consultant will support the selection of MSMEs within the two priority value chains for participation in the project's formalization and capacity-building activities. Deliverables will include validated follow-up methodology, selection criteria and tools; an updated and consolidated MSME database; and a proposed selection of MSMEs accompanied by a concise synthesis report..
