Call for Applications: Leading Safeguarding Training Programme (Bangladesh)

RSH Bangladesh is inviting applications from civil society organisations in Bangladesh for its advanced Leading Safeguarding training programme. This initiative aims to enhance leadership and organisational culture in safeguarding practices. The deadline for applications is 15 November 2026. The Leading Safeguarding training programme is part of RSH Bangladesh’s tiered safeguarding capability-strengthening pathway. It builds on the foundations established in the “Safeguarding Foundations” and “Safeguarding in Practice” tiers. The programme focuses on conditions that determine the effective implementation of safeguarding policies, such as leadership behaviour, decision-making processes, and conflict management. While the programme does not specify direct funding, participating organisations will benefit from comprehensive training and support. This includes five structured online learning sessions, organisational reflection, and practical application exercises. Participants will also develop a Leadership and Organisational Culture Action Plan to implement at their organisations.
