Details

DN Colleges Group (DNCG) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for appointment to a Learner Finder Preferred Supplier List (PSL).

The requirement primarily concerns identifying, engaging and recruiting eligible learners for Adult Skills Funded provision across South Yorkshire and Greater Lincolnshire, including online and distance-learning courses. Services will include learner recruitment, initial advice and guidance, eligibility checks, enrolment support, controlled learner handovers and performance reporting.

The arrangement also provides scope for additional learner recruitment services relating to classroom-based Adult Skills, Higher Education and 16-19 provision, where offered by the successful suppliers.

DNCG intends to appoint up to three suppliers, ranked following a competitive evaluation. The highest-ranked supplier will ordinarily receive the first opportunity to fulfil requirements, with any unmet demand cascading to the next-ranked supplier in accordance with the published arrangements.

The contract will operate for an initial three-year period, with options to extend for two further 12-month periods (3 + 1 + 1). Pricing will be based on agreed fees per eligible learner. No minimum expenditure or learner volumes are guaranteed.

The full specification, evaluation methodology, contract terms and tender return requirements are contained within the procurement documentation.

Documents

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this education & training opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
  • Prepare any earnest-money deposit (EMD) or bid security and the required formats early; missing or wrongly-formatted documents are a common cause of rejection.
