Project Description: Construction of four passing lanes and an intersection treatment on Highway No. 3 from 4.88 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25 to 25.35 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 10.01 km. The Work (Contract H26031) is anticipated to be tendered in October 2026 with winter crushing anticipated in the 2026 fiscal year, and construction anticipated for Summer 2027.
