Midtre Namdal Avfallsselskap IKS (i det etterfølgende benevnt som MNA) ønsker med dette å invitere interesserte leverandører til å gi tilbud på byggherreombud (BHO) og SHA-koordinator for utførelsen (KU) i forbindelse med bygging av nytt avfallsanlegg på Skage industriområde i Overhalla kommune. Det er også tilsvarende planer for bygging av avfallsanlegg ved Matmortua i Nærøysund. Tidspunkt og vedtak for dette prosjektet er ikke klart enda, det bes derfor om en opsjon på dette prosjektet.
